I was at school for a brief while yesterday and a friend of mine wished me a happy birthday...then he looked at me and said, "Oh, and happy military spouse day too!"
It was so odd that a civilian (who has no connections with the military) made that recognition.
I will say that it put a smile on my face.
I just finished my last final for the semester and have two days to move all the furniture out of my house, so I am brain-fried right now. Which means I don't have anything more eloquent or lovely to say other than:
Thank you! Thank you!
This is hands-down the best community of people I've ever been a part of. I am thankful everyday for being a part of it!
