Last Friday (March 8th) was International Women's Day. And last month the Department of Defense released a memo authorizing women in combat roles. Finally, when Forbes released its most recent Top 400 List, women comprised over 11% (with three new additions from last year and 5 of the women are self-made billionaires!)
I wanted to devote today's list of links to those women, all over the world, taking control of their lives and their communities by starting businesses, helping others, and not taking no for an answer.
